Organic. Produced with two varieties: Picual and Arbequino. The Picual gives it its mild bitterness characteristic of its high level of natural antioxidants and aromas of green leaf, tomato and citrus. The Arbequino has a sweet entry followed by a characteristic spiciness in the mouth and throat. Medium fruity with aromas reminiscent of green apple and banana.
